Update Windows--including your Internet Explorer: Here's How

Updating Firefox. Firefox should automatically check for updates each time you open it and tell whether you need one or not.
However, you can check to see if it is updated by following the instructions here.

Update java on your computer:

Update flash for each browser you use by opening the browser and clicking on this link: Flash Check and Update.
You will see a box that tells you the current version of flash player installed in the browser. Compare that version to the list of latest versions below it.
If you do not have the latest version, click the link to download and install it.
